Fur on Sparow bird?

MMDN 4 posts19 Sep 2008Can tyson or anyone else writte a tutorial on how to settup fur on a bird like in the sparow animation? That multicolour fur going to the right direction and not scattered throught eyes and everything. Just how to settup fur on a bird. Thats all.

MMDN 4 posts20 Sep 2008Hey thanks for the wellcome. The only thing i did with the fur is grass with vray fur. So that makes two of us that have no idea how to work with fur
I plan to animate the bird so id have to have help on the rigging too. I know of the wings rigging tutorial but the legs,head, mouth and that stuff... man arch is so much painless -
20 Sep 2008here's a feather solution, if you don't want to use fur. In the last post in the thread, I have posted a little video tutorial on how to get painting with it.
