I love using big 3D words when people don't know what you're talking about.
"You might consider dialing up the anti-aliasing on the normal map that runs into the R.channel for the ambient occlusion shader. If you're still getting artifacts then give the radiosity a bit of animated noise so your subsurface scattering doesn't conflict with the gimbal lock.
