...here are some comments:
-watch your curves....right now the motion leading up to a foot plant is nice...but when she plants either foot her body become a little jerky...it should flow smoothly along the x-axis...not flow in short, robotic bursts
-watch your arm swings....when her arm swings forward it's very linear right now....try to smooth that out so it also follows a nice arc.
