It's too early to call at this stage, but it looks like a fairly good start. I'm not at all familiar with the ZBrush workflow, but I'd imagine that you'd want to have similar sized polys across your model before sculpting. Otherwise the level of detail is effectively going to vary over your model and you're going to run into problems when sculpting. For example, this would be an issue on your model where the highly subdivided arm regions run into the far more coarse torso. Not a hard fix, just something to be aware of.
I hope you're making good progress on the model. The skin color and details should be a lot of fun to work on and will make this look awesome. Rigging? Well I don't envy you there.
