well your stills looks GREAT! But I have to say, you're going to need to compress your file a little better if you want people to see it.....on my local drive I don't even have enough space to extract the file! 2.3 gigs for a video tutorial (unless it's like 14 hours long) is WAAAY too much....I'd suggest trying out the techsmith codec? Assuming your video is a couple of hours long, you should be able to get it to around 400-500 mb without too much quality loss. -

and exept that i m boring to wait rendering all that file
