After the warehouse scene that wins an awards on 3dtotal thanks to some of your precious advice I'm here again because I finally found some free time to start another scene! This time I want to reproduce a concept of an amazing guy : Seung Ho Henrik! ( http://www.seunghohenrik.com/ )
I choose this concept : I like a lot the atmosphere, textures and lights!
I started modeling and this is a wip!
It's early, but I will need an advice to create the "volumetric fog" ! (critics are welcome!)

13 Apr 2009really cool concept, as far the light fog goes, if you use mental ray i know at least in maya there's a light fog type you can apply to the mr lights, must be something similar inside 3ds max. probably look up mr lights in the help docs to find it.

TheOnlyAaron 188 posts13 Apr 2009Yeah, it looks like there are a few atmospheric things going on in that image.
There is the volume light from each of the light sources which you can do like so

and then there is the atmospheric perspective which is the overall fog going back, and I would most definitely do that in post with AE or photoshop.
