I got myself a new lens during the holidays, and i shot a friend this morning with a friend of mine...
i should be shooting a lot of portraits soon, but here is one of my first ones...

hey gang, i made myself an improptu studio setup! in the following month, expect to see a lot of portraits photograph with this new setup ( 2 really strong lights, a few softer ones, a cloth for bg and a model eventualy...)
here is me, cause i had nobody to shoot! oh, and nevemind the pose ^^, i just wanted to play with lights a bit...

rich man please, i am using the same camera you use cannon g7 but i cant pull this kinda quality, maybe just maybe share the lence name or setup, or even the option on the camera for all the AMAZING JAW DROPPING PHOTOS.

that's because i am not using a g7 ^^
these are taken with a canon 400D and with a 50mm 1.8f lens...
the first one is taken with daylight comming from my window, so no light setup... the second one is taken by night with 2 spots... (you can see a bit of one on the left of the picture)
just so you know, i never go automatic with my pics anymore, i found that once you know how to play with the settings, you are able to get a hell of a lot of colour from your shots...
would you guys be interested in a photography tutorial?

and btw mahmoud, i do indeed have the Canon EOS Rebel XTi, but it seems to be called EOS 400D in europe for some reason...
i bought it a long time ago, so i won't be able to tell you, but yea that price range is what you would pay for it... i'd recomande getting it without a lens, and get one on your own... usualy the stock ones are really cheap ones...

great info thx, why is the nikon dsrl (forgot which model) without the lens cost sooo dam much 20k saudi riyal which is like 4k JD which is like 6k+$
can some you describe why the huge price on the darn thing AND WITHOUT A LENS the lenses cost is really jaw dropping expensive.
