I'm gonna throw my photos in this thread.
I am in no way a photographer, but I would like to pursue it as a hobby.
These are my first steps.
(Sorry about the image sizes, I have no idea what size images will be coming up in the future, I know the following will make page go wack on small screens)
rock on
More to come no doubt.
If you have crits for me, you better tell me or i'll hit you. I need to learn

Thanks buddy!
I've got an Olympus SP-350.
They aint the best cam about, no where near as good as Aden's
But it gets the job done and is a good start for me until I can afford a better camera.
(I can actually afford a better camera now, but I've decided to buy a snooker table instead)

Woot, well had a few moments to spare just now so I tried to capture me a bee.
Problem is, these are some angry bees we've got here in aus, everytime I'd get close to take a happy snap, the bastards would charge me and I'd run away screaming like a little girl.
Anyhow, I got one that looks ok, and I might head out later to see if there anything else I can find.
Here be bee bum

Nice one Cam - really great colours in there. I really should get me a decent camera.Shame you cant see the stinger - that would have been awsome.

You're nuts.
I'd do it too though, but I'd get right in there with my macro lense.
Although, I would probably need to be in some old knight's armour to get close.

I never met any wasps that collect pollen, but I did meet one with a bitchin hummel statue collection once.
