yeah, luma or take a look at the channels.
And don't use the Luma Key effect. There's a much easier, better way to do it that gives you way more control. Duplicate your footage, and apply a Hue/Saturation and a Levels to the duplicate. In the Hue/Sat, turn the saturation all the way down, so the image goes black and white.
Now use the levels to dial in the whites and blacks. You can adjust the grey point as well. To me, this is a much, much more interactive and intuitive way to do a luma key than the crappy luma key effect. You can even do it real-time: put your background image as the bottom layer, then your woman layer on top of that, then the duplicate hue/sat levels layer above that, and set the woman layer to a "luma" track matte. Now, you can open the levels effect on that layer and adjust, seeing the comped result in real time. Super easy and fast.
You can also use one of the channels. Cycle through the red green and blue and see if any of them have tons of hair info. The blue will be the worst, by far. I did a tutorial on how to use individual channels to get a great matte to use with hair.
