Just trying to Export the movie and it gives me the big **** you.

weird. not even an explanation or hint in the error box!
what export settings are you using? sometimes i've had issues trying to make H.264's.
Probably the easiest thing to do would be to just import your premiere project into after effects and render it there. i'm not a premiere expert or anything, so i'm just as confused as you.

Yeah I'll try that. I'm not even using a codec, its uncompressed.

That message was the reason why I dumped premiere pro and moved onto avid. It would do that when i tried to export a quicktime, photo jpeg or animation. The annoying thing was it would do it at the the end of rendering so sometimes I'd have to wait an hour or two and then come back to that message.
Since then I've heard it is because the quicktime version I was using at the time stuffed things up with premiere. good old apple resorting to dirty tricks is my conspiracy.. Apparently 7.2 quicktime works but 7.1 and 7.3 are the culprits.
