22 Jun 2007Things have been a bit slow on the AE front here lately, so I thought I'd post something here that I found at CGTalk that I thought was pretty friggin amazing!

Also, some of you may be aware that the new AE CS3 that's about to come out has a new feature called Puppet in it. Bob Donlon has a GREAT little tutorial of it in action on his blog site. Will probably make Ebberts' things obsolete, since it looks UNBELIEVABLY easy to set up!

22 Jun 2007I heard about puppet, and have seen some vids by other people who used it. Looks extremely cool! And quite powerful for AE. Not sure if I'd ever use it since I have max to do my animating for me....but if I ever needed to do some quick 2d animation, puppet seems to be the way to go!

but i think this is a sign that i should involve myselfe more in the forum again. because.
i was searching for ik scripts in AE and what was the first link to appear!!

So T, that's how you do it, you just sit back and let max do the animation for you... i knew there was something we didn't know... can you do that in maya too?
