Hello After Effects People (and everyone else)

I'm new to this board so thought I'd chime in with a quick hello.
I've had a bit of a read through some of the topics - I've got to say this is an amazing board with loads of fantastic advice and tutorials (Hype- I'm a big fan already!).
Anyway, I'm what you could describe as an advanced beginner - I run a film production company by day but dabble in VFX when I get the chance. After Effects is my compositing package of choice, and Maya my 3D app. Using them I did a ton of VFX for my friend's film Impact Day. When I'm feeling brave I'll point you in the direction of the reel!

27 May 2007Hello Christian! Welcome on-board! I'm sure the gang will come along later and offer you some cake, or jelly.
If you want my advice, stay clear of the cake, it's been there for months now, and at one point, I'm sure someone mentioned that they saw Cam put his finger in the cake, so stay well away from the cake! -

Thanks for the welcome guys - and the heads up on the food; I'll steer clear! One thing I'm looking forward to is entering one of the challenges. I'm a bit late to start on the Black Hole challenge, but I'll keep my ear to the ground for the next one.
