Dunno if you chaps are keeping up with the news.... things are now spiraling out of control. I don't live near the protest site but it seems like it's now spreading. I have a friend that lives right in the warzone (a designated live bullet area) and he's just holed up at home. 39 dead this last few days. There's word that there may be some peace negotiations today - hopefully the country can pull itself back from the edge. -

Seriously buy food and supplies for a week or go to a friends house in another town just stay away from that stuff. I have lived through two wars so ill tell you, you DONT need that stuff in your life. -

20 May 2010Things are still pretty bad... yesterday was a nightmare and we've woken up to more unrest and arson attacks around the city (and country as a whole). The protest leaders themselves have now turned themselves in but the fuse was already set. Having brainwashed the crowds for the last 2 months the unrest and riots come as no surprise. Hopefully things will calm down today but I'll probably stay at home for a little while longer.
Real sad times for the country
... though I don't thing things are bad enough yet for me to go running around naked! (I'll save that for the good times!
