BRAINSTORM - bring life back to simplyCG

20 Apr 2010What do you think it would take to make this place active again?
any ideas, thoughts, or input could help!
for me I think it could be:
-making banners for the site, and spreading them around on the web
-showing the forum to workmates, and tell them how wonderful and active this places is, and that they should really participate
-setting up a new, quick and easy challenge. set a prize like a gnomon dvd (and we could all put like $2 each, that would cover the cost)
- get new young users, and help them out, as they will be the future of this place
- all the old users, should make the effort, of trying to post at least one comment every time they visit (it would only take an extra minute and yet, it would make all the difference)
-put a donation link or at least have some way to give money for those who want to so that camsco or T can pay the bandwidth, and come up with new hot prizes
heck, we could even give some of our old training dvds or books that we don't read anymore as prizes, and the donations would cover shipping.
and there is probably a lot of other things we could do here... and that's where your input comes... -
