http://local.wasp.uwa.edu.au/~pbourke/texture/ (my personal favorite, many tileable ones)

I regularly swear by Mayang's texture site. It's absolutely insane when it comes to the number of extremely hi-rez (and free) textures it has.

another good resource with free seamless textures (updated daily):
they haven´t as many textures as other sites, but they are tileable, high-res and production ready.

At make we purchased the CD a couple years ago, with all the mayang textures....not sure where it's at though...and it's still in the studio so I'd have to get someone else to find it for me.
Can't imagine there's not a mirror anywhere though...maybe a torrent?
