Hey man - your animation is getting better

And just 7 hours too - not bad!
Couple of quickfire crits though (quickfire is all I'm capable after a long day)
A little too much interpenetration - like on the guy's face right at the start. If you have just a little bit of mesh penetrating for a frame it's not a problem, the eye doesn't catch it. But a large part of his face goes through the box for like 3 frames or so... also his left hand after the first main lift.
The actual lift itself is really nice, the box looks heavy, up to the point that he crouches beneath it. After the shoulder shunt (very nice) the box freezes in position for 23 frames... nearly a full second of no movement at all with his arm bent in a non weight baring position. It's kinda jarringly noticable at that point and so the box loses it's sense of weight.
On the fall I'd say he needs a bit more of a settle after he hits the floor - his head bounces, but the arms and hands stick to the floor like they are glued - maybe try a little follow through on the anim, a little bounce on those hands.
Hope that helps.
